Dordrecht entrepreneurs put out flowers
Under the motto "Dordrecht entrepreneurs put out the flowers," Saturday, April 20, will be a great day. This year again with music and special street theater. With small and big surprises for shoppers and lots of fun in and around the stores. Thanks to organizers Promotie Ondernemers Binnenstad Dordrecht (POBD), there is plenty to experience and see in the city. Shopkeepers will make it a party for all customers and visitors. A day full of special street theater, music and fun in the stores!
Special street theater!
Wander around and enjoy: that is the motto of Dordt Pakt Uit! Step inside stores you have never been to before and be surprised. Because Dordrecht is full of fun and unique stores and cosy restaurants. Come and discover them during Dordt Pakt Uit! You will also encounter special street theater throughout the inner city. Three acts have a fixed location and starting time, the other artists can be found everywhere.
Sway Pole: act at great height
At the Statenplaats at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. there will be a spectacular performance at no less than 5 meters high. Street performer Noah is an international topper who captivates visitors from beginning to end with his comical and dangerous act.

DFF Crew: let's jump
On the Sarisgang in front of the entrance of the Drievriendenhof you will meet the amazing energy of the DFF Crew. This Belgian jump rope formation has won many international awards. They drag you along in their enthusiasm and elevate rope jumping to a spectacle (12:30, 13:30 and 14:30 and during surprise performances).
Moving puppetry
On the Voorstraat West t.h.v. the City Hall you will find beautiful and moving street theater. None other than Francois Blanc and puppeteer Steve Luca are coming to our city. Francois Blanc has become a household name through his appearances on television and is moving, funny, grumpy and creative all at the same time. With his white paint, he creates a beautiful white work of art. At least when he gets around to it... (12:15, 1:15, 2:15 and 3:15 p.m.).

Unexpected encounters
While shopping downtown, you will also be surprised by walking street theater. At unexpected moments you see:
- Pappagalli - beautiful large parrots soaring high above the audience
- The Bad mobile - a hilarious act in a moving bathtub
- A living couch - dare you sit on it?
- A puppet that comes to life
- Merry balloon animals, living trash cans
