A cozy, comfortable B&B with garden room, located in the basement of a 1930s building. The room for two has a private entrance, a king-size bed made of oak, a private bathroom and a charming private garden. Breakfast is in our garden with a buffet or in the room itself and is brought in a 'Dordtse' picnic basket. The garden room is cool in summer and warm in winter with underfloor heating.
You are right by the river on a dike, with next to it the beautiful Wantijplantsoen, a city park designed in 1936 according to the English landscape style and definitely worth a visit. Between the park and the marina is the outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing dip during the summer season. The Meuse-route and other cycling and walking routes are practically along the B&B and restaurants are nearby.
The historic center of Dordrecht is 10 minutes walking distance, 5 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by bus. Schouwburg de Kunstmin is a 5-minute walk. Parking is free in the street/neighborhood.
