The name refers to the jester who used to entertain the nobility at court. The restaurant is located in the former coach house of Crabbehoff Castle.
We prefer a contemporary cuisine with respect for the origin of the product, the season and the tradition. In a pleasant ambience, you can enjoy a daily fresh, high-quality cuisine, in which we really make everything ourselves. In the half-open kitchen you can see Henk and his staff passionately preparing all dishes for you. We have our own olive oil and also wines from the Greek island Corfu.
