Make Room was born out of a passion for home styling, a passion that the owner Susanne wanted to share with others. Susanne is regularly in France and is always looking for great vintage and likes to combine it at home with some designer items and nice home accessories. Products by young designers are combined with vintage and bigger brands, like House Doctor and Hay Design. As she likes to decorate her own home, she also likes to work with Make Room. By combining the webshop with a blog and inspiring Instagram and Facebook posts, Make Room takes you right into Susanne's passion for home design. As part of Het Magazijn, the digital experience of Make Room can also be experienced in real life. Get inspired by the surprising home accessories of Make Room in a vibrant environment.

Velvet Music Dordrecht is a familiar face in Dordrecht and the surrounding area. Founded by two music-addicted brothers who love to share their passion for music. This makes Velvet the place where every music lover knows his way to for the best records and CDs.

FotoFilmFabriek loves analog photography and believes that even, or perhaps especially, in the digital age, analog photography adds value. In The Warehouse, the web store's offerings have expanded to include a diverse selection of classic and new Polaroid cameras. There is also a selection of classic 35mm cameras, aimed especially at the beginning analog photographer.

Restaurant the Warehouse is the starting point for an exploration of this unique property. The restaurant has fair prices and works with the motto "for and by Dordhenters" and a preference for local suppliers. They work mostly with organic products and especially fresh! You can go there for lunch and dinner with in the weekend a delicious breakfast to start the day well. Besides all this delicious food, our restaurant also offers performances, spacious and playful workspaces, a mega city garden, shops, cocktails, coffee and a cozy drink.
