On March 1, urban agriculture greenhouse the Old Bear moved into the green Harvest Park with associated fields, plots and a spacious horticultural greenhouse. An enthusiastic group of volunteers work on ecological horticulture. Care to help sow, harvest or garden? There is always something fun to do! Because the site has expanded considerably, it was given a new name: City Agricultural Park the Old Bear.
In the middle of the park you will find the cozy catering spot the Harvest Park - run by volunteers - where you can enjoy fresh herbal tea, good coffee, cake and a delicious lunch. Much comes straight from the greenhouse, super fresh and packed with flavor! You'll discover produce you won't find in the supermarket.
Hospitality is open on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the greenhouse on Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Then there is also a plant market. Soon you will even be able to buy fresh vegetables.
