In this vlog, Vera Britt takes you along a three-kilometre bike/walking route through the city. She passes all kinds of highlights, such as the City Hall and the Great Church. She even climbs the tower of this impressive church. The view is more than worth the climb! The route continues to the Huis van Gijn, the former home of Simon van Gijn (1836-1922).
After this, Britt cycled to De Biesbosch National Park, the largest freshwater tidal area in Europe. You can cycle, walk, canoe, sail, spot animals and relax here. Because Dordrecht is actually an island, you can take the water bus back to the city from the Biesbosch.
