Ciaran is proud of this park that covers more than three acres. "All our experience with the more than 100,000 guests we have already hosted, we have taken into this park. The result is climbing fun for young and old. It's fun for all ages, really not just kids. In addition to many families and children's parties, we also get groups from associations or companies. We have three junior routes and four regular routes. It's great to be moving outdoors in this special way. It's healthy, fun and the views are spectacular. In this corona period, it is also nice that the area is vast. There is enough space to ensure the one-and-a-half-meter distance."
Sparkling opening party
"We have opened quietly, but actually we had planned a smashing opening party together with the renovated Biesboschcentrum. That is not yet possible, but delay is certainly not a cancellation for us. If the weather permits, we will still organize a party. We notice the enthusiasm of the people of Dordrecht. Even before we opened, the interest was great. We ourselves find the cooperation with the Biesboschcentrum very successful. Education combined with action. The Biesbosch is a beautiful nature reserve. The Klimbos offers the opportunity to actively admire the area also from above between the trees."
Enough space
"Corona is a special time when good agreements with the municipality about safety are important. We obviously limit our capacity and online reservations are mandatory. Despite the measures, we are happy that we have enough space to be open for everyone from six years of age with a minimum height of 1.20 meters. For this group, we also have a very fun junior trail with all the animal images along the way. Are you at least 1.40 meters tall? Then you can do all the routes with lots of different elements, such as wobble beams and climbing nets, varying in difficulty and height. And from eleven years of age all by yourself."
