In the middle of the vegetable garden, housed in the former pump building, is Villa Augustus' restaurant. Open all day, seven days a week, with room for 200 guests. The restaurant is the ideal of gardener and cook: from early spring to deep winter, the garden is where the Dutch season is visible and harvestable. Inspiring for both. All vegetables, fruits and herbs go to the cooks immediately after harvest. From the open kitchen, the heart of the restaurant, they prepare that as delicious (and beautiful) as possible.
The menu features a limited number of dishes, some of which change every two months. We work as much as possible with organic or otherwise well-produced products. Preferably from the immediate area, but fine ingredients from elsewhere in Europe are also possible.
There are also regular activities such as music and lectures in the halls.
