This book of aerial photos contains more than 250 aerial photos taken by photographer Bart Hofmeester. The Rotterdam photographer Bart Hofmeester (1921-2001) was a pioneer in aerial photography. Between 1950 and 1990, he took many photos with his large and heavy aerial cameras. Roel Dijkstra's photo agency in Vlaardingen has about two million photographs and negatives by the photographer in its possession. Books have already been published about Rotterdam and the Rijnmond area. Now it was the turn of Dordrecht and the Drechtsteden.
