Walk led by an experienced guide from nature organization IVN. Theme: 'Plenty of summer!
It seems as if nature is relaxing in summer after all the hustle and bustle of spring. The young birds have fledged, the deer and beavers are raising their offspring, trees are full of leaves, the river languidly finds its way. Yet the tranquility is apparent.
During this excursion, you will see many plants still in bloom, such as the giant balsam, whose fragrance attracts many bees and bumblebees. Butterflies also know how to find flowers. Dragonflies patrol and catch mosquitoes and other small insects, as do the swallows that soar through the sky.
Do you have binoculars or a magnifying glass ? Then bring them with you!
Tip: Protective clothing against mosquitoes and sturdy waterproof shoes.
