Placing an order means that you accept the application of the terms and conditions. Deviation from these terms and conditions is only possible in writing, in which case the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number. This confirmation states which items you have ordered and what the costs are, including the shipping costs. This confirmation means that we have received your order correctly.
Prices and payment
The prices stated for the products offered are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and/or size. We use 4 rate groups:
- Mailbox post up to 50 grams: € 1.50
- Mailbox post from 50 to 2000 grams: € 3.95
- Parcel post: € 7.25
- Insured shipping optional for gift cards: € 17.50
These costs are included in the total price of your order.
Payment method
You can pay for your order by iDEAL, KBC/CBC, Bancontact, SOFORT banking, Belfius Direct Net and VVV Gift Card. Companies can also pay by invoice. After receiving your order, an invoice will be sent by e-mail. Payment must be made in advance. After receipt of your payment, we will deliver your order.
Delivery
Orders placed on working days before 15.00 hours will be shipped the same day with PostNL. There will be no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays.
Agreement
An agreement is established only after acceptance of your order by Dordrecht Marketing and Partners. Dordrecht Marketing & Partners is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery. If an order is not accepted, Dordrecht Marketing and Partners shall inform you thereof within five working days after receipt of the order. If your order has not been delivered within 14 days without explanation, please contact Dordrecht Marketing and Partners. As a customer you can dissolve the agreement if the delivery of the articles you ordered has not taken place within 21 days after payment. In that case the purchase amount including shipping and administrative costs will be returned to you. Dordrecht Marketing & Partners reserves the right to cancel your order if payment has not taken place within 30 days after confirmation of your order.
Returns
If you do not wish to take delivery of a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the product is undamaged. The costs for the return shipment will be for your account.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. This is subject to the condition that the product has already been received by Dordrecht Marketing and Partners.
The costs for returning the product from your home to our webshop are for your own account. In case you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Dordrecht Marketing & Partners with all delivered accessories and in the original state and packaging.
In order to exercise this right, please contact us via vvvdordrecht@dordrecht.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receipt of your product(s).
If you have not indicated that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or have not returned the product to Dordrecht Marketing & Partners within the aforementioned term, the purchase is a fact.
Products concerning accommodation, transport or leisure activities to be performed on a certain date or during a certain period are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
